Normally YOU go through several states in a day. You feel cheerful and lively grouchy, sulky or crabby. No matter what is the situation doesn’t ever let that smile on your face leave you as smile expresses joy, happiness and friendliness and offers insight to the inner workings of the mind such as intentions, emotions, feelings and attitudes, as well as demonstrating warmth, empathy and cooperation. This small thing in your face can disguise the anger in you.
Take charge of anger

One gets angry for a reason, the reason might be things not turning ones way, a person is not getting what they want. THERE IS crisis and you don’t know what to do. When all of these happen to you at work, don’t lose control! Don’t take it out on others. Instead, admit to yourself that you are angry and try to figure out WHY?? THAT IS TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR ANGER, don’t let anger overrule you.

Anger is a normal syndrome, when in aggression people do not respect the personal boundaries of others and thus are liable to harm others verbally or physically. So it is best to keep numb. As in workplace you have to work with the same people now and them and you aggressive attitude can harm the relation and you behavior might create a negative effect in the organization so try and avoid speaking.
Even if the idea seems strange to think positive when you are in middle of tearing down with heat. Try taking things positively, as you have nothing to lose, but only to gain. Power of thoughts is a mighty power that is always influencing our life. Try visualizing favorable and beneficial situations. Use positive words in your inner dialogues or when talking with others.

Just deviate from whatever is bothering you take a tea break, if possible listen to a soothing music.
